Guide to Next Generation of Russian Arbitrators now available

On 22 September 2021, the print edition of Guide to Next Generation of Russian Arbitrators (NGAR) was presented at the 13th Annual ABA Conference on the Resolution of CIS-Related Business Disputes.

NGAR is a unique database that allows to search for an arbitrator with experience in Russia-related disputes. The Guide includes profiles of 86 arbitrators who practice in 10 countries, speak Russian, English, French, German, Spanish and Italian languages. As of today, NGAR includes arbitrators under 45 and should help to promote young arbitrators. Many arbitrators in the Guide previously served as arbitrators in arbitrations administered by the Arbitration Center with the RSPP, Russian Arbitration Center, ICAC, ICC and LCIA as well as other arbitration centers.

In the Guide you will find information about the arbitrators’ career and experience, examples of work both as counsel and as an arbitrator and procedural preferences of arbitrators.
