Arbitration.ru, June 2020: Construction Arbitration

Construction is one of the most ardent industries that were one of the last to give up and suffer least closures facing the COVID-19 pandemic, although not the least to be affected by the disease. In construction projects, the stakes are high and disruptions expensive. So are construction-related disputes, expensive – and often extremely complex. This issue of our journal gives an overview of arbitration issues in this resilient and important sector of the world economy.

The journal was affected by COVID as well, and there are shifts in our editorial plan. You can look them up on its website.
