International Investment Law and Dispute Resolution (online course)

Prof Yarik Kryvoi, the founder and co-editor of the CIS Arbitration Forum forum launched a new online course on International Investment Law and Dispute Resolution.
This course covers the history and the rationale of protection of foreign direct investments, applicable law, the key principles of international investment law and investor-state dispute settlement.

All classes include infographics and engaging conversations with leading London-based practitioners and arbitrators working in the field of international investment law.
Those who successfully complete all requirements will get a certificate of the British Institute of International and Comparative Law.

Professor Yarik Kryvoi, is the founder and co-editor of the CIS Arbitration Forum. He is the Senior Fellow in International Economic Law and Director of the Investment Treaty Forum at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL). He holds law degrees from Harvard, Moscow and St Petersburg.
