DIS Baltic Arbitration Days to Take Place in June
Ever since 2012, the annual DIS Baltic Arbitration Days Conference has been organized. This is a world-class event gathering over one hundred arbitration experts from over 22 countries. The elite character of the event means that it attracts dispute resolution practitioners, arbitrators, attorneys, academics, students, and business executives from a plethora of countries. As previously, CIS Arbitration Forum renders information support to this event.
The 7th annual Conference will take place in Riga, Latvia from Thursday 14 to Friday 15 June 2018 at the premises of the Stockholm School of Economics. From the wide variety of topics in the ever-evolving area of arbitration, this year’s Conference is devoted to the 60th anniversary of the New York Convention and to arbitration of corporate disputes in Ireland, the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom, and Ukraine.

State court judges, as well as lecturers and students from State universities from all countries, can enjoy free participation at Conference sessions. Additionally, travel stipends are available upon request for students from the CIS, Ukraine, Georgia, and Turkmenistan.
