New issue of Arbitration.ru

This issue of Arbitration.ru focuses on artificial intelligence. The machine continues to beat the man. In many tasks, a person is already replaced by a machine (remember autopilots on airplanes). Now we are talking about replacing a person with artificial intelligence in entire professions. Including in jurisprudence. Very soon, document search programs with machine learning algorithms will become assistants to every lawyer. Are we contemplating electronic arbitrators?

In this issue:

  • Interview with Peter M. Wolrich, Partner, Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt and Mosle LLP (p. 7).
  • Career Moves: Tatiana Minaeva, RPC (p. 10).
  • Arbitrating Smart Contracts by Robert Coffey and Peter Stewart, Cooke, Young and Keldan, London (p. 13).
  • Machine Arbitrators Change the Rule of the Game by Veronika Pavolvskaya, Arzinger, Belarus (p. 16).
  • The electronic SCC Platform (p. 20).
  • And much more.
