Kiev Arbitration Days to take place in November 2017

International Conference “KIEV ARBITRATION DAYS 2017: Think Big!” will take place on 3 November 2017 in Radisson Blu Hotel (22, Yaroslaviv Val str.), Kyiv, Ukraine.

The conference is conducted under the auspices of the Ukrainian Bar Association. CIS Arbitration Forum is an information partner of the event.

The KAD 2017 will bring together world-class dispute resolution practitioners and prominent arbitration experts to discuss problems and perspectives of international arbitration. The programme coordinator of the conference is Ms Irina Nazarova, Chief of the ADR Committee of the Ukrainian Bar Association, managing partner at ENGARDE Attorneys at Law.

This year the program will focus on emergency proceedings, cross-examination and evidence collection, alternative funding redux and many other issues. The due regard will be given to the matters of particular importance, namely Brexit, the US policy, prospects of Permanent Investment Court. 

As a keynote speaker the event will welcome prof. Dr. Nikos Lavranos from the European Federation for Investment Law and Arbitration (EFILA). The confirmed speakers include Günther Horvath (VIAC), Georgios Petrochilos (Three Crowns), Sabine Konrad (McDermott Will & Emery), Yarik Kryvoi (BIICL & CIS Arbitration Forum) and others.

Ассоциация юристов Украины приглашает принять участие уже в седьмой Международной конференции «KIЕV ARBITRATION DAYS 2017: мыслить глобально», которая состоится 3 ноября 2017 в городе Киеве, Украина (отель Radisson BLU).

Конференция традиционно соберет вместе ведущих экспертов в сфере международного разрешения споров и арбитров с мировым именем с целью обсуждения проблем и перспектив международного арбитража.
