Форум по разрешению споров в странах Восточной Европы (EEDRF) пройдет в Минске

Форум по разрешению споров в странах Восточной Европы (EEDRF) – это первый и самый крупный практический Форум, объединяющий различные юрисдикции и проводимый в Беларуси. Целью Форума является обсуждение наиболее актуальных тенденций и практики, которые формируются в настоящее время в сфере разрешения споров в странах СНГ и Восточной Европы.

В рамках Форума будут проведены две тематические сессии, в каждой по 10-12 спикеров, в качестве которых выступят высококвалифицированные иностранные и белорусские специалисты.

Ведущие эксперты обсудят самые актуальные вопросы арбитражного разбирательства и практические аспекты рассмотрения споров в государственных судах стран СНГ и Восточной Европы. Такое масштабное мероприятие будет проведено впервые и планируется как ежегодная площадка для практиков, специализирующихся на рассмотрении споров.

On September 23d Minsk (Belarus) will host the first Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum.

Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum (EEDRF) is the first and the largest practical Forum, held in Belarus, which unites different jurisdictions. The aim of the Forum is to discuss the most relevant trends and practices arising at the moment in the sphere of dispute resolution in the CIS and Eastern Europe.

Leading experts from various jurisdictions will discuss the most relevant issues of arbitration proceedings and practical aspects of dispute resolution in state courts of the CIS and Eastern Europe. This is the first time such a large-scale event will take place. the organizers plan it to become an annual platform for practitioners specializing on dispute resolution. Expected number of participants and guests of the Forum exceeds 200 people.

In era of rising globalization of world economy, various commercial and legal, cultural and political approaches to the implementation of international commercial activity invariably lead to disputes. Today systematization of emerging practice and discussion of specific trends in dispute resolution in particular regions are of high importance.
Participants of the Forum:

• Legal community of Ukraine and Russia;
• Specialists in judicial disputes and arbitration from Lithuania, Latvia, Poland and Estonia;
• Representatives of legal system of the Republic of Belarus;
• Corporate lawyers, heads of Belarusian and foreign companies;
• Members of academic community and public sector;
• Law students from participating countries.

The Forum includes two topical sessions, where 10-12 speakers (for each session) – highly qualified foreign and Belarusian specialists – will participate. Permanent coffee-area will enable participants to extend the network of professional contacts and make new business acquaintances. Participants of the Forum and their family members will get an opportunity to take part in additional cultural program and enjoy the atmosphere of the country.
