Energy Arbitration Conference “Challenges and Opportunities for the Next Decade: Lessons from Recent Awards”

Screen Shot 2015-10-21 at 13.28.42The CEPMLP of the University of Dundee, the Scottish Arbitration Centre (SAC), the International Centre for Energy Arbitration (ICEA) and CMS Cameron McKenna LLP invite you to the Energy Arbitration Conference.
The conference will take place on 29th October 2015 at the Scottish Arbitration Centre in Edinburgh, Scotland.

The Energy Charter Secretariat (ECS),  the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), the Energy Arbitrators List (EAL), the International Mediation Institute (IMI), Menas Associates and CIS Arbitration support this initiative.

The Conference will be a venue where the energy industry attorneys, arbitrators, academics and professionals can present their experiences, discuss the challenges that may obstruct the development of the industry and the solutions proposed for them. Attendees will get updated knowledge of the current energy arbitration situation from renowned speakers. It will also open a worldwide network platform for professionals, institutions and companies with interest on the matter area.
Among the sessions, there is going to be addressed the current discussion over investment protections, ADR, energy policy changes, renewables, and the Yukos case.
